The terrace stretches alongside our Grandstand, giving your guests front-row seats to the racecourse action and miles of Surrey countryside beyond. We've hosted everything here from summer product launches to evening wedding receptions, and the flexibility of the space never fails to impress. With room for up to 500 standing guests or 300 seated, you can configure the terrace exactly how you need it. Corporate drinks receptions work brilliantly with guests mingling against the backdrop of the track, while seated dinners take on a special atmosphere as the sun sets over the Surrey hills. The semi-private nature of the terrace means your event feels exclusive without being isolated from the buzz of the racecourse. We can arrange a marquee if you're concerned about the British weather, though many clients prefer the open-air experience, especially for summer parties and networking events. Our British catering team handles everything from canapés to three-course meals right here on the terrace. They've developed menus that work perfectly for outdoor service, with vegan, gluten-free, and halal options always available. The bar stays open until 23:00, and we hold all the necessary licenses for alcohol service. For corporate presentations or speeches, we provide projectors and Wi-Fi throughout the terrace area.
