Upstairs at The Forester, our Function Room brings together the warmth of Edwardian character with everything you need for a proper celebration. The wooden floors gleam beneath an eclectic collection of framed artwork, while vintage furnishings create distinct corners for guests to gather and chat throughout your party. We've designed this space to work brilliantly for different group sizes, comfortably hosting up to 35 seated guests for dinner parties or 50 standing for cocktail receptions. The flexibility really comes into its own when you see how the room transforms, whether you're planning a milestone birthday dinner around our tables or want the space opened up for dancing later in the evening. Our projector screen and sound system mean you can share memories, play music, or even screen the match if that's part of your celebration. Natural light pours through the windows during daytime events, while evenings take on a more intimate feel with our carefully chosen lighting. The room connects beautifully with our outdoor area during warmer months, giving your guests the option to step outside with their drinks. What truly sets parties here apart is our unexpected menu. Chef Nok and her team prepare both authentic Thai dishes and British pub classics, so your guests might find themselves choosing between pad thai and fish and chips, or enjoying our Sunday carvery complete with multiple roasts and all the trimmings. While the Function Room doesn't have its own bar, our team provides attentive service throughout your event, with drinks easily ordered from our well-stocked main bar downstairs. You'll find us just off Northfield Avenue in southwest Ealing, with excellent transport connections making it easy for all your guests to join the celebration. Our restored Edwardian building provides a memorable backdrop for birthday parties, wedding receptions, and every kind of gathering in between.
