The Bistro offers something different from our usual classroom setups at Havering College. We've taken what was once a standard campus café and transformed it into one of our most requested event spaces, particularly for those seeking a more relaxed setting for their gatherings. Walk into this room and you'll immediately notice the comfortable sofas paired with coffee tables, creating distinct zones perfect for breakout discussions or informal networking. The flexibility here is what our clients appreciate most, we can arrange the furniture to suit board meetings for 12 or expand the layout to accommodate 40 guests theatre-style. Those partially frosted floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light while maintaining complete privacy for your discussions. Our flat-screen TV connects seamlessly to laptops for presentations, and the reliable internet access means remote participants can join without a hitch. We've hosted product launches where teams used the different seating areas for demo stations, and strategy sessions where groups moved between the sofas and formal seating as discussions evolved. The informal atmosphere tends to get conversations flowing more freely than traditional boardrooms. Getting to our Ardleigh Green Road location takes less than 15 minutes from the M25, and several bus routes stop directly outside our entrance.
