The basement at 310-312 Regent Street has become one of those spaces that people remember. We've watched it shift from morning yoga sessions to evening comedy shows, from corporate presentations to live music nights, each time revealing a different personality. Down the stairs from our main floor, you'll find a room that holds 70 people for drinks and mingling, or 30 seated theatre-style. The exposed brick walls and subtle lighting create an atmosphere that works just as well for a Barclaycard corporate event as it does for a Sofar Sounds concert. We've seen fashion brands use it for pop-ups, companies book it for away days, and artists transform it into an intimate performance venue. Our fully stocked bar anchors one end of the room, pouring British sparkling wines from Gusbourne and The Uncommon alongside Mermaid spirits. The same bar that serves morning coffee for workshops becomes the hub for evening networking events. Next to it, our tasting table seats groups for wine tastings or boardroom meetings, depending on the day. The built-in projector and screen handle everything from PowerPoint presentations to film screenings. When you need sound, we can arrange PA system hire with microphones included. We work with Grape and Fig for catering, who know the space well and can provide anything from breakfast platters to evening canapés. Being steps from Oxford Circus station means your guests can reach us easily from anywhere in London. The BBC, Savills, and sustainable fashion brand Verte have all taken advantage of this central location for their events. We've hosted product launches, team celebrations, press events, and private parties, each time working with clients to arrange exactly what they need, from live bands to DJs to comedy acts.
