Summer evenings at Old Rectory House call for something extraordinary, which is why we created The Stretch Tent & Tepee on our Festival Field. Picture your guests wandering from the house through three acres of gardens to discover this enchanting outdoor space, where celebrations unfold beneath sweeping canvas and starlit skies. The Stretch Tent forms the heart of your party, its high canopy creating an airy pavilion that seats 50 for dining. We've strung delicate fairy lights through the framework and woven greenery around the poles, while underfoot, wood chips give that satisfying festival crunch. White chairs and tables come ready arranged, though many hosts prefer to reconfigure the space for dancing once dinner ends. When evening temperatures drop, our outdoor heaters keep the warmth flowing. Steps away, our Nordic-style Tepee offers a completely different atmosphere. Here, 30 guests can gather on blankets and cushions, surrounded by more twinkling lights that transform the conical space into an intimate retreat. We provide hot water bottles for chillier nights, turning what could be a brief outdoor moment into hours of comfortable conversation. Combined, these spaces welcome up to 110 guests for larger celebrations. Our integrated Bluetooth sound system means your carefully curated playlist fills both areas perfectly, while the licensed bar keeps drinks flowing throughout your event. We handle the catering through our trusted local suppliers, serving everything from casual barbecues to formal three-course meals. The Festival Field sits just minutes from Redditch's transport links, yet feels wonderfully removed from everyday life. We've made sure the paths are wheelchair accessible and parking is straightforward. For guests staying overnight in our nine boutique bedrooms, morning-after continental breakfast baskets help ease everyone into the next day.
