The Arneway Room sits above the bustle of The Barley Mow, a proper Victorian pub that's been serving Westminster for generations. Step through the separate entrance and climb the stairs to find our first-floor function space, where rich wooden floors meet deep red walls hung with carefully chosen artwork. We've hosted everything from government department Christmas parties to startup product launches in this versatile room. The space works brilliantly for corporate gatherings, with room for 110 standing guests at drinks receptions or 60 seated for more formal occasions. Natural light pours through the large windows during daytime events, while evenings take on a more intimate feel with our warm lighting. Your guests won't need to venture downstairs, we've installed a fully stocked private bar right in the room, complete with our selection of London ales, international wines and premium spirits. The dedicated bartender ensures drinks flow smoothly throughout your event. Private toilets are just off the main space, and we've added air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable year-round. For presentations or entertainment, our integrated projector and sound system handle everything from quarterly reviews to DJ sets. The Wi-Fi connection is robust enough for video conferencing, and you're welcome to play your own music through our system. We can arrange the dark wooden tables and striped chairs in whatever configuration works best, from theatre-style rows to cocktail rounds.
