The Mountbatten Suite opens directly onto our landscaped gardens, where morning light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows and creates the perfect backdrop for your celebration. Our largest function room comfortably hosts 150 guests for drinks receptions or 100 for seated dining, with the flexibility to arrange tables and seating exactly as you envision. The soft neutral tones and contemporary lighting fixtures complement any colour scheme or decoration style you choose, while the dedicated bar area keeps drinks flowing smoothly throughout your event. During summer celebrations, guests naturally drift between the suite and our gardens, creating that relaxed atmosphere we're known for. Working from our base in Crossford village, just outside Dunfermline, we're perfectly positioned for guests travelling from Edinburgh or across Fife, with plenty of complimentary parking right outside. Our kitchen team crafts menus specifically for each event, whether you're planning an intimate wedding breakfast or a large charity gala dinner.
