The original oak beams that run overhead immediately catch your eye when you step into the Hayloft Suite, where we've created one of our most intimate celebration spaces. Red carpeting leads you through this characterful room, past white Chiavari chairs arranged around long dining tables that we dress according to your vision for the day. Natural light pours through our large windows during afternoon celebrations, while come evening, the fairy lights we've strung across the ceiling transform the space into something rather magical. We find the combination of exposed beams and soft lighting creates exactly the right atmosphere for those smaller wedding receptions and private parties where every guest feels part of something special. The Hayloft Suite works beautifully for up to 36 guests, whether you're planning a formal banquet, theatre-style ceremony, or standing reception. We've equipped the room with a PA system that handles everything from background music to speeches, and our Wi-Fi runs throughout for those who need to stay connected. The space is fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring all your guests can join the celebration comfortably. Our kitchen team works directly with you to craft menus that suit your event, from traditional wedding breakfasts to modern buffet spreads. The bar draws from our extensive collection, including those 40-plus whiskeys and local ales we keep in the main hotel, plus champagnes for toasting. You're welcome to bring your own music selection or arrange a DJ, giving you complete control over the atmosphere. Many hosts book some of our 14 en-suite rooms for key guests or as preparation spaces before the celebration begins. With Main Street Sutton Cheney as your backdrop and Leicester just 30 minutes away, your guests will find us easily accessible with plenty of parking available on arrival.
