The grand Saxon Hall forms the centerpiece when you book Exclusive Use at Coulsdon Manor Hotel and Golf Club, transforming our entire 1850s manor house into your private celebration space. We hand over the keys to this Victorian estate, giving you and your guests complete run of the property set within 140 acres of Surrey parkland. Your celebration centers around Saxon Hall itself, where that magnificent two-tiered chandelier catches everyone's attention the moment they walk in. The room holds up to 120 for seated dining or 150 for standing receptions, with those soaring ceilings and tall windows flooding the space with natural light during daytime celebrations. Come evening, we adjust the lighting to create whatever mood you're after, whether that's romantic dinner lighting or party atmosphere for the dancefloor. The traditional Cotswold stone fireplace anchors one end of the hall, while the polished wooden floors practically beg for dancing. We've watched countless first dances here, and the acoustics work beautifully with our PA system, whether you're bringing in a live band or DJ. Through the adjoining doors, your guests discover the intimate lounge with its own private bar, no queuing for drinks here, and French doors opening onto the outdoor terrace. Summer parties naturally flow between inside and out, while winter celebrations feel wonderfully cocooned within these historic walls.
