This converted barn sits at the heart of our Wiltshire estate, where exposed timber beams meet polished metalwork overhead, creating a space that feels both grand and welcoming for up to 150 guests. We've hosted every kind of party here, from milestone birthdays to anniversary celebrations, each one taking advantage of the room's natural flow. The vaulted ceiling rises above your guests, punctuated by our statement lighting that transforms from subtle daytime ambience to dramatic evening glow. During winter parties, we stoke the central wood fire early, watching as guests naturally gather around its warmth with drinks in hand. Come summer, we slide back those glass doors that run the full length of the space, and suddenly your party extends onto our terrace. The transition happens so naturally that guests barely notice they're moving between inside and out, cocktails in hand, following the evening breeze. Our bar area, tucked into the corner with its warm lighting, becomes a natural meeting point where old friends reconnect and new conversations spark. The kitchen team works their magic with seasonal ingredients, whether that's flame-grilled barbecues for summer garden parties or hearty sharing platters when autumn arrives. We've seen wood-fired pizza stations become the centre of attention at 40th birthdays, and elegant three-course dinners transform the space for golden anniversaries. Twenty minutes from Andover brings you down our woodland drive into complete privacy. The estate grounds, with their walled gardens and historic manor house views, become part of your celebration.
