The apple trees frame every celebration here at Teybrook Orchard, where Exclusive Hire means you get all 20 acres of Essex woodland entirely to yourselves. No shared spaces, no other events happening nearby, just your party spread across our orchard and woodland clearings. Our main marquee sits at the heart of everything, a 60ft x 30ft bohemian-lined canvas space where up to 120 guests can dine comfortably or 180 can gather for drinks and dancing. Wooden flooring underfoot keeps things practical while dimmable festoon lights overhead shift the mood from afternoon celebrations to evening parties. Right alongside, we've added a stretch tent that works brilliantly as extra covered space, surrounded by picnic tables where guests naturally gather between the formal moments. What transforms parties here is the overnight element. Your guests can stay in our collection of glamping accommodations scattered through the trees, from proper Mongolian yurts that fit whole families to our converted grain silo and hilltop shepherd's hut. Each spot has its own fire pit and seating area, with space for 40 people to sleep over in total. The communal kitchen becomes party central, especially around our wood-fired pizza oven, while the woodland hot tub offers a more relaxed gathering spot as the evening winds down. We've hosted wild 40th birthdays that went until sunrise, elegant wedding receptions where guests danced barefoot on the grass, and corporate away-days where teams bonded over pizza-making competitions. The space adapts to whatever you're planning, with room for bands, DJs, or quieter acoustic sets. Our bar area awaits your chosen drinks, local caterers know exactly how to work with our kitchen setup, and there's plenty of parking for everyone. The pathways between the trees create natural flow for arrival drinks or those midnight conversations around the fire pits.
