York 1, 2, and 3 each have their own character, yet combine beautifully for those show-stopping occasions. Your own private entrance means guests arrive directly into your event, while our dedicated bar keeps drinks flowing without queuing at the main hotel facilities. The separate kitchen attached to the suite ensures hot food arrives hot, and our catering team can create anything from canapé receptions for 420 to formal dinners for 300. The patterned carpets have seen countless first dances, the neutral walls have been dressed in corporate colours and wedding florals alike. Ground floor access makes load-in straightforward, whether you're bringing in exhibition stands or a full band setup. Our projection facilities handle everything from PowerPoint to live streaming, with complimentary Wi-Fi that actually works when 400 phones connect at once. Beyond these walls, Broadwater Lake glitters through the trees, offering those perfect photo moments or a breath of fresh air between party sets.
