The Cromwell Suite opens into its own private foyer, where your guests gather for welcome drinks before stepping into the main event space. We've designed this suite to work beautifully for parties and celebrations of all kinds, from milestone birthdays to corporate gatherings that deserve something special. High ceilings create an airy feel while our large windows frame views of Surrey parkland, filling the room with natural light during daytime events. When evening falls, the sophisticated grey and white colour scheme provides the perfect backdrop for your chosen lighting, whether that's subtle uplighting for a cocktail party or something more dramatic for a celebration dinner. We can configure the Cromwell Suite to match your vision exactly. For standing receptions, we comfortably accommodate 70 guests, perfect for mingling with canapés and drinks. Prefer a seated dinner? We'll arrange tables for 50 of your nearest and dearest. The classic wood paneling and tasteful plaid carpeting add warmth to the space without overwhelming your own decorative touches. Our kitchen team works closely with you to create menus that suit your event perfectly, with halal and vegan options readily available. The bar stays open until 1:00 AM, giving your celebration plenty of time to unfold naturally. All the technical elements are here too, including Wi-Fi, projector, flatscreen TV and PA system for speeches, presentations or background music. You'll find us in Weybridge, where ten acres of grounds and views across Broadwater Lake create a sense of occasion from the moment guests arrive. There's plenty of free parking on site, and we're fully wheelchair accessible throughout. The private foyer really comes into its own here, giving your party its own dedicated space away from other hotel guests, making your event feel truly exclusive.
