Our underground car park has a secret identity. By day, it's exactly what it sounds like, but when the sun sets and the roller shutters open, UGCP transforms into one of North London's most intriguing party spaces. The polished concrete floors reflect coloured lights we've installed specifically for events, while the high ceilings amplify both music and conversation in equal measure. We've hosted everything here, from corporate celebrations where 220 guests mingled amongst art installations, to seated dinners for 200 with long tables running the length of the space. The industrial bones of the car park create an atmosphere you simply can't replicate in a traditional venue. Those same features that make it functional, the drive-in access through roller shutters, the expansive floor plan, the solid acoustics, become assets when you're planning something different. The space works brilliantly because it's genuinely flexible. We've seen organisers bring in their own caterers to serve anything from street food to five-course meals. Your own bar setup goes wherever makes sense for your crowd flow. DJs have told us they love the natural reverb, and we've watched dance floors emerge organically in different corners depending on the night. Ground-level entry means everyone can access the space easily, with our wheelchair-friendly facilities and parking right outside. Ten minutes' walk from Mill Hill East tube station keeps your guests connected to central London, while those driving find us straight off the M1 or North Circular.
