The White Bar at our venue brings together Victorian elegance and modern functionality in a space that transforms effortlessly from boardroom to breakout area. Those original large windows flood the room with natural light throughout the day, while our heavy curtains allow you to control the ambiance when presentations require it. We've furnished this room with antique sofas and wingback chairs, all carefully re-upholstered to provide the comfort your team needs during those longer strategy sessions. The silver-topped bar runs along one wall, complete with high bar stools, offering a natural focal point where delegates often gather during breaks. You'll find the classic fireplace and oversized mirror create an atmosphere that feels more like a private members' club than a typical meeting room. For boardroom-style meetings, we comfortably seat 16 around our central table, with plenty of space for laptops and documents. When you're hosting a reception or networking event, the room opens up to accommodate 35 guests moving freely between the bar area and seating clusters. Many clients use The White Bar as their syndicate room when booking our larger Ballroom for conferences, though it works equally well as a standalone space for executive meetings or team workshops.
