Our Boardroom strikes the perfect balance between professional functionality and the warmth of our historic building. Step through the door and you'll find a polished wooden table at the centre, surrounded by comfortable blue chairs that make those longer sessions far more bearable. The rich red carpeting and warm lighting create an atmosphere where serious discussions feel less formal, while natural light streams through the large window, keeping everyone alert and engaged. We've equipped this space for up to 16 people in boardroom configuration, though we can rearrange for 20 in theatre style, 16 classroom, or 12 U-shaped, depending on what works best for your session. The LCD projector and flipcharts are ready when you need them, positioned so everyone has a clear view without awkward craning of necks. During breaks, your team can wander down to our oak-beamed bar where the original mill wheel still turns, a conversation starter that never fails to break the ice between sessions. The enclosed terrace offers fresh air when weather permits, while our restaurant serves proper pub classics using local suppliers, perfect for working lunches or evening meals. The rural Warwickshire setting means you're away from city distractions, yet East Midlands and Birmingham International airports remain easily accessible. Some groups extend their stay to visit nearby Twycross Zoo or Drayton Manor, turning necessary meetings into mini retreats. Our venue began life as the village bakery, and we've kept that sense of craftsmanship in how we approach meetings.
