Our Inspiration 4 room transforms from morning board meetings to afternoon conferences with remarkable ease. We've designed this space to handle everything from 50-person strategic sessions around the boardroom table to full-scale presentations for 280 delegates in theatre style. The geometric-patterned carpeting and neutral tones create a professional backdrop that never distracts from your content. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, keeping your team alert and engaged without the harsh glare of artificial lighting. When you need different dynamics, we quickly reconfigure the comfortable seating from classroom rows for 100 to banquet rounds for 150, or cabaret style for 130 when you want delegates working in smaller groups. High-speed Wi-Fi connects unlimited devices simultaneously, so everyone stays productive whether they're presenting, taking notes, or joining virtually. The spacious layout gives you plenty of room for screens and projectors wherever you need them, and there's always space for breakout discussions or networking between sessions. Your delegates can refuel at the Starbucks in our lobby during breaks, and we handle all catering requirements from working lunches to formal dinners through our Village Pub & Grill.
