Behind the main auditorium, 21 backstage rooms provide private spaces for speakers to prepare or teams to coordinate. Three booths at the rear serve multiple purposes, from simultaneous interpretation for international conferences to webcasting setups for hybrid events. Our technical team remains on-site throughout your event, managing sound and lighting while front-of-house staff handle arrivals and the cloakroom service. The private foyer spaces adjoining the Hall work perfectly for registration desks, networking breaks, or exhibition displays. During AGMs, product launches, or large-scale conferences, these areas help manage the flow of nearly 2,000 attendees while providing natural breakout zones. Air conditioning throughout maintains comfort regardless of attendance numbers, and wheelchair access ensures all participants can navigate the space easily.
