We've designed this space to accommodate everything from board meetings to larger conferences, with flexible layouts supporting up to 110 delegates in theatre style. Natural light floods through the expansive windows throughout the day, creating an energising atmosphere that keeps your team focused and engaged. The neutral colour palette and plush patterned carpeting provide a professional backdrop, while multiple ceiling-mounted screens ensure clear sightlines from every seat. We configure the room to match your needs, whether that's 80 guests for a banquet dinner, 50 in cabaret style for workshops, or standing capacity for 80 at networking events. Our audio-visual setup includes projectors, PA system and teleconferencing facilities, all supported by complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. The adjoining outdoor terrace becomes particularly popular during warmer months, where delegates take their coffee breaks while overlooking the famous track. We find this change of scenery between sessions helps maintain energy levels during full-day events. Getting here takes just 30 minutes from Central London, with Tattenham Corner station within walking distance. We provide ample free parking for all attendees, and the adjacent Holiday Inn Express offers 120 rooms when overnight stays are required. The Gallops room works equally well for training sessions, product launches or team away days.
