This compact space brings eight people together around a sleek oval table, with sunshine-yellow chairs that contrast beautifully against teal walls - colours inspired by the kitesurfing culture that defines Hayling Island. We designed this room for those moments when smaller groups need to break away and focus. The 55" LED screen mounted on the wall connects seamlessly to your devices, while our digital flipchart lets you capture ideas without hunting for markers that actually work. Natural daylight fills the space through generous windows, though the air conditioning keeps things comfortable even during intense afternoon sessions. During breaks, you're just steps from The Deck's hospitality huts. Help yourself to pick 'n' mix sweets, grab fresh ice cream from our machine, or pour specialty tea from our selection. The bean-to-cup coffee station produces proper espresso - none of that instant stuff. Some groups challenge each other on the retro arcade machine (the Pac-Man high score currently stands at 47,280), while others prefer the traditional deckchairs we've scattered about. The KITE room works brilliantly as a standalone meeting space or paired with our larger Coast Hub for breakout sessions. Everything runs on complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi, so streaming presentations or video calls happens without that awkward buffering pause.
