The Jubilee Room Through the tall windows of our first-floor Jubilee Room, Westminster Abbey fills the view, its towers and buttresses creating an ever-changing backdrop as daylight shifts across Dean's Yard below. This 25-square-metre space has become a favourite for board meetings and strategy sessions, where the round table arrangement naturally encourages conversation among up to 12 participants. We've positioned the 60-inch LED screen thoughtfully on the wall, ensuring everyone has clear sightlines whether presenting quarterly figures or sharing project updates. The room's web-streaming capabilities and hard-wired connectivity mean remote colleagues join seamlessly, while our complimentary WiFi keeps everyone connected throughout the day. The blue carpet and neutral walls create a calm environment that helps maintain focus during intensive workshops or training sessions. When groups break for lunch, our catering team can transform the space for private dining, with the Abbey views providing talking points between courses. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, particularly appreciated during summer afternoon sessions. Adjacent to the Bishop Partridge Hall, this room works brilliantly as a breakout space for larger conferences or somewhere for speakers to prepare. The room adapts easily to different configurations: theatre-style for 20 delegates, U-shaped seating for 9, or cabaret layout for 16.
