The second floor of our Grandstand building houses the Gold Cup Suite, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the racecourse below and London's skyline in the distance. During morning meetings, sunlight streams across both sides of the room, eliminating any need for harsh overhead lighting until well into the afternoon. We've configured this space to handle everything from intimate board meetings to major conferences. The room comfortably seats 420 people theatre-style, though many clients prefer our cabaret setup for 304, which encourages better discussion during training days. For formal dinners, we arrange banquet seating for 360 guests. Those blue chairs you'll sit in were chosen specifically for day-long comfort, something your delegates will appreciate by 4pm. The suite divides into two separate spaces when needed, which works particularly well when you want concurrent breakout sessions or a separate catering area. Each section maintains its own projection facilities and screens, so there's no compromise on presentation quality. Our AV setup includes multiple connection points around the room, meaning your presenters won't be tethered to one spot. From up here, coffee breaks become something different.
