The Pennington Suite opens directly onto our conference breakout area, where delegates help themselves to coffee and biscuits throughout the day. This ground-floor space welcomes up to 120 people theatre-style, though we often arrange it for 60 in classroom rows or 80 for dinner events. The geometric wall art adds visual interest without distraction, while natural light streams through the full-length windows overlooking the Sports Village grounds. We've equipped the suite with both a ceiling-mounted projector and flatscreen TV, so presenters can choose their preferred display method. The modern seating includes proper writing tablets for note-taking, and we can quickly reconfigure the layout during breaks, switching from boardroom for 50 to cabaret rounds for 80. When companies book longer sessions, delegates appreciate being able to step straight into the breakout area for networking or quick team huddles. Our venue sits within the Sports Village complex, right beside the 11,000-seat stadium. Your attendees will spot us easily from the A580 East Lancashire Road, and there's always plenty of parking available. Manchester city centre is 20 minutes by car, while Wigan and Warrington are even closer. Some groups take advantage of our proximity to Pennington Flash Country Park, incorporating walks or outdoor challenges into their agenda. The Pennington Suite's flexibility makes it equally suitable for product launches, training workshops, annual conferences, or celebration dinners. We can divide the space into two separate rooms for breakout sessions or simultaneous meetings. The ground-floor location means no lifts or stairs for equipment or guests with accessibility needs.
