We've taken inspiration from the water sports that happen just outside our windows here on Hayling Island, bringing that coastal energy indoors for your smaller meetings. Eight of you can gather comfortably around our modern boardroom table, where colorful chairs add just enough personality without being distracting. Large windows flood the space with natural daylight, keeping everyone alert and engaged throughout your session. The 55" LED screen and digital flipchart handle all your presentation needs, while air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round. What makes our venue special is how we've reimagined break times. Step outside to The Deck and you'll find our beach hut-style kiosks stocked with pick 'n' mix sweets, an ice-cream machine, and a popcorn maker that fills the air with that irresistible aroma. Our bean-to-cup coffee and speciality teas keep the caffeine flowing, while bottled soft drinks offer refreshing alternatives. Between sessions, challenge a colleague on our retro arcade machine, or sink into one of our traditional deckchairs for a proper pause. The Paddle room works brilliantly as a standalone space for board meetings, strategy sessions, or creative workshops. It also serves as an excellent syndicate room alongside our larger Coast Hub when you need breakout sessions. Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout, and toilet facilities are conveniently located just off The Deck. Getting here is straightforward, with major roads connecting us to Portsmouth and Southampton.
