The Forum Suite works perfectly for those board meetings where you need everyone around the same table, or presentations where your team needs space to think. We've arranged this room to seat 20 people comfortably in boardroom style, with everyone able to see and hear each other clearly. For larger presentations, we can reconfigure the space to accommodate 30 in theatre layout. Rich wooden paneling runs along the walls, giving the room a traditional feel that many of our regular clients appreciate. The patterned carpet and carefully chosen artwork create an atmosphere that's professional yet relaxed, something we find helps productive discussions flow more naturally. While the Forum Suite doesn't have windows, we've designed the lighting to keep everyone alert and focused throughout long sessions. Every seat at the polished boardroom table comes ready with fresh notepads and water glasses, details our team prepares before you arrive. The flipchart stands in easy reach for those moments when ideas need capturing quickly. Our complimentary Wi-Fi runs reliably throughout, so remote colleagues can join seamlessly when needed.
