We've carefully preserved the character of this Victorian lace factory while creating 53 modern workspaces that actually work for today's businesses. The original warehouse features - exposed brickwork, large windows, high ceilings - remain throughout the building, but we've added the practical elements businesses need: goods and passenger lifts that handle everything from office furniture to manufacturing equipment, round-the-clock access for those late-night projects or early morning starts, and on-site parking right outside your unit. We keep things straightforward here. Our one-page licence agreement cuts through the usual commercial property complexity, and the self-managed setup means you control your space completely. Paint the walls your company colors, install your own signage, configure the layout however suits your workflow. The monthly fee covers everything - no surprise bills or hidden charges.
