Meeting Space Rental Long Island City

When we moved in, our office was a 750 sq. ft. white box. Now, it's still a box, but we've bunched up the decor a little. Our full-time staff numbers four, but on the average day there will be anywhere from one to five people her working. We've got a nice sound system that we're usually playing music on all day long. We're a loud bunch, so if you don't like hearing people brainstorm, tell bad jokes, or just pass the time with idle chatter, our office might not be the place for you.

Hunters Point Studios is a coworking space with private offices that was founded by two creative entrepreneurs in 2019. Our industrial loft space with views of Manhattan and Brooklyn is located in the heart of Long Island City. We offer affordable rates, efficiency and functional design. In this new era of office space we aim for a balance between private workspace and communal space. Our mission is to accommodate our members' needs, prioritizing affordability, productivity and comfort. Hunters Point Studios is conveniently located near Greenpoint, the Midtown Tunnel, and the Long Island Expressway with beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn. Our communal space is filled with air cleansing green plants and natural light. The entire space is equipped with HEPA air filters, environmentally friendly LED lighting, energy efficient heating and cooling and privacy panels that welcome natural light. We offer communal table workspace, dedicated desk space and private offices. Our private offices range in size to suit the needs of small to large teams. Our desks and tables are custom built Enzo Mari designs, built on site by our founders. Furniture, utilities and wifi is included in the monthly rent. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week and always available to show the space to potential new members.
