For smaller groups wanting a change from traditional boardroom setups, The Library seats 10 and creates a more intimate atmosphere for strategic planning. Our Piano Room and Pallant View each accommodate 8 people in comfortable seating arrangements that encourage creative thinking and open discussion. What makes us particularly useful for multi-day workshops or training sessions is our flexibility. We can open up The Library into The Sussex Lounge, giving your team both focused work areas and relaxed spaces to process ideas during breaks. The Piano Suite on the first floor combines three interconnecting rooms—the Board Room, Piano Lounge, and Pallant View—so groups can move between different settings without losing momentum. Beyond meeting spaces, we offer full accommodation for up to 16 people across eight bedrooms. This means your team can stay on-site, continuing conversations over dinner at our 18-person dining table or unwinding with a game of pool in the evening. Our kitchen handles everything from working lunches to team dinners, with two ovens, a large American fridge-freezer, and plenty of prep space. Located right in Chichester's center with parking for four cars and free WiFi throughout, we provide a distinctive alternative to sterile meeting venues where real work gets done.
