Our offices at BizSpace Fareham sit within Steel House on Solent Business Park, where companies like ITV, HSBC, and Zurich Insurance have made their home. Since opening in July 2019, we've welcomed businesses of all sizes into our 70 office spaces, each filled with natural light from the large windows that overlook the landscaped grounds. The offices themselves range from 170 to 686 square feet - we've found these work perfectly for teams anywhere from a couple of people up to 20. Every space comes with high-speed Wi-Fi already set up, and because they're self-managed units, you can configure the layout exactly how your business needs it. Our on-site team works from the building every day, so whether you need help with the printer, want to book one of our meeting rooms (they hold up to 14 people), or just fancy a chat over coffee in the communal kitchen, we're here. The building stays open 24 hours for our tenants, with secure access keeping everything safe. We've got proper shower facilities if you cycle in or squeeze in a lunchtime run around the lake paths, and there's plenty of parking right outside. What really sets this location apart is the setting - the business park has lakes and woodland areas with walking paths that our tenants use for clearing their heads or taking calls outside. The M27 is just minutes away, making Southampton and Portsmouth both easy reaches for meetings. We're also pet-friendly, so your four-legged colleague is welcome too.
