The Fashion Institute of Technology campus in Chelsea opens its doors beyond the classroom, transforming our academic spaces into professional meeting venues throughout the year. Our conference rooms serve corporate teams, nonprofit organizations, and cultural groups who need more than just four walls and a projector. We manage several distinct spaces across the Manhattan campus, each designed with different meeting needs in mind. Our modern conference center accommodates intimate strategy sessions and board meetings, while the 277-seat amphitheater provides tiered seating perfect for presentations and panel discussions. For larger gatherings, our 700-seat theater offers full stage capabilities, and the 6,381 square foot hall adapts to trade shows, networking receptions, or multi-session conferences. Our Office of Events Management and Facilities Rental handles every technical detail. We provide media support for presentations, professional lighting systems, and coordinate with our approved catering partners to arrange everything from morning coffee service to full reception spreads. Our security team remains on-site throughout your event, and we ensure all necessary permits and safety compliance are in place before your first attendee arrives. Getting here couldn't be simpler - we're surrounded by subway lines in Chelsea, making it easy for attendees coming from anywhere in the city. We ask that you submit an Event Space Reservation Form at least 30 days before your planned date, giving us time to properly prepare your chosen space and coordinate all the services you'll need.
