Our Board Room regularly hosts everything from charity strategy sessions to business presentations, while our Small Meeting Room provides the perfect space for focused team discussions. At Free Churches House on Tavistock Square, we've created two distinct meeting spaces that serve London's diverse professional community. The Board Room comfortably seats between 10 and 26 people around our large conference table, with disabled access ensuring everyone can participate. Down the hall, our Small Meeting Room works brilliantly for groups of 5 to 12 who need a more intimate setting. Both rooms come with high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works, flip-charts ready to capture your ideas, and complimentary tea, coffee and water throughout your booking. We're just a 3-minute walk from Euston Station at 27 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9HH, making it easy for attendees coming from across the city or further afield. Member churches, registered charities, entrepreneurs, organizations and local businesses all use our spaces for their meetings, seminars and workshops. Previous guests particularly appreciate our helpful approach - we'll make sure you have everything sorted before your meeting starts. The rooms stay cool with multiple fans during warmer months, and there's a dedicated refreshment area with fridge access where you can set up any catering you bring. Our facilities are kept spotlessly clean, including the toilets with quality hand wash provided. Pricing starts at £100 for a half-day in the Small Meeting Room or £200 in the Board Room. Full-day bookings run £200 and £350 respectively. Member churches receive 50% off these rates, while registered charities get 25% off. We can also arrange catering and AV equipment if you need them. Had hoped to enter the building a little earlier than 15 mins before the meeting to get set up. There is no AC but there are plenty of fans. The room was large with a little annex that contained the tea/coffee/water facilities and a table for laying out food etc.
