Walking into Green Rooms feels different from your typical hotel experience - we're an arts hotel with a social enterprise heart, right across from Wood Green tube station. Our mission drives everything we do: providing affordable accommodation while creating spaces where creativity thrives. King's Cross is just 12 minutes away on the Piccadilly Line, Central London in 20. Our ground floor Bar and Lobby spans 20m x 9.5m with 3.48m high ceilings, where up to 120 guests regularly gather for receptions and parties. The massive windows flood the space with natural light during daytime meetings, while evenings transform it into a buzzing social hub. Our resident kitchen serves lunch and dinner here, and the bar stays open for those post-meeting drinks or late-night creative sessions. Head up to our third-floor Gallery and you'll understand why photographers and event planners love this space. The 11.8m x 9.4m room features a dramatic 6.1m high ceiling with original Art Deco details and a stunning skylight. We've hosted everything from fashion shows to wedding receptions here, and the blank-canvas nature means your vision takes center stage. For smaller gatherings, our Resident's Lounge offers a more intimate setting. This 7m x 4.25m room at the back of the ground floor works brilliantly for boardroom meetings up to 20 people, training sessions, or relaxed interview settings. The domestic feel puts everyone at ease - quite different from sterile conference rooms. Throughout the building, you'll notice original wood flooring and thoughtfully chosen furnishings in our standard rooms, corner rooms, en-suites, studio apartments, and dormitories.
