We've been hosting weddings here in the Shropshire countryside for years, and every celebration feels like it belongs in this historic setting. Our main farmhouse dates back to Tudor times and offers five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Together with our two cottages next door, we can sleep up to 16 of your closest family and friends right here on the estate. There's something special about having everyone together under one roof the night before your big day. The real showpiece is our converted barn with its Italian-designed sunroom. We can seat up to 140 guests here, and the panoramic views across our grounds never fail to impress. What makes this space truly unique are the retractable sides and roof - we can open everything up for an outdoor feel when the weather's perfect, or keep you comfortable inside if the British weather has other plans. Our Executive Chef works closely with couples to create exactly what they're envisioning, whether that's a formal wedding breakfast or something more relaxed. We've even got a wood-fired pizza trailer that's become quite popular for evening receptions. Our bar is stocked by Hard To Find Wines, our on-site wine merchant, so you'll have access to bottles you won't find elsewhere. Working with our Events Coordinator, you'll have support throughout your planning journey. We host private parties, corporate events, and retreats too, but weddings are what truly bring this place to life. Our manicured gardens and extensive grounds give you endless options for photographs and outdoor celebrations. Every corner of High Grosvenor House tells a story - we'd love yours to be next.
