Hope Street Yard brings together 22 thoughtfully designed workspaces in Cambridge's creative Romsey neighborhood, where we've transformed both new and existing structures into something genuinely special for growing businesses. Our units span from compact 121 sq ft studios perfect for solo entrepreneurs up to 1,137 sq ft spaces that comfortably accommodate small teams, with each workspace getting its own private entrance so you never have to navigate through someone else's office. We're particularly proud of being Cambridge's first carbon-negative office development. Our EPC A+ rating comes from the air source heat pumps warming each unit and the photovoltaic panels generating clean energy across our roofs.
