Our Victorian piano factory on Perren Street brings together the best of Kentish Town's creative heritage with modern workspace functionality. We've carefully preserved the building's original character - those exposed steel beams and wooden ceiling joists tell the story of craftsmen who once built instruments here. Today, they frame offices flooded with natural light through our Crittall-style windows, creating spaces where ideas flow as freely as the daylight. The first floor particularly captures what we're about. With its warehouse-style finish and polished timber flooring, it's become home to creative teams who appreciate working somewhere with genuine character. We've added a contemporary lightweight extension that complements rather than competes with the original architecture, giving you those impressive floor-to-ceiling heights that make even long days feel less confined. We understand that great work happens when the practical details are sorted. Our manned reception handles your deliveries and greets your clients, while the kitchen facilities mean proper coffee breaks (or late-night deadline fuel).
