We've created two completely different experiences under one roof, each designed by Jacques Garcia to transport you to another era. On our ground floor, Salon de Chine wraps guests in an intimate atmosphere where live jazz mingles with the aroma of Executive Chef Lee Che Liang's bold Chinese dishes. The space works beautifully for relaxed celebrations where conversation flows as smoothly as our cocktails. Head downstairs to Club Chinois and the energy shifts completely - here we host late-night DJ sets and captivating performances that keep the party going well into the night. Our kitchen team, led by Chef Lee, brings authentic Chinese techniques to the finest seasonal ingredients. The Duck de Chine has become something of a legend among our regulars, while our extensive dim sum selection draws crowds throughout the day. We blend traditional recipes with modern presentation, creating dishes that photograph as beautifully as they taste. For more intimate celebrations, we offer three private dining rooms - Salon Noir, Salon Rouge, and The Opera. These spaces accommodate groups from 8 to 18 guests, each decorated with the same Chinoiserie-inspired details found throughout the restaurant.
