Our home in the historic Grays Brewery has become something of a hub for Chelmsford's startups, creatives, and community builders. The Academy, our main meeting space, comes equipped with a projector and speakers - we see everything from board meetings to creative workshops happening here. Down the hall, the Market space opens directly onto our outdoor area, with its own kitchenette making it perfect for more informal gatherings or team away days. Both rooms work brilliantly for groups who need professional facilities without the corporate feel. Throughout the building, we've created different zones to match how people actually work. Our private offices fit teams of 2-10, while the collaborative studios offer flexible memberships for those who prefer the energy of shared workspace. Focus booths scattered around give you somewhere quiet for important calls, and the lounges and breakout areas fill up naturally when people need a change of scene or impromptu team chat. The practicalities matter too - our high-speed Wi-Fi reaches every corner, the furniture won't leave you aching after long sessions, and the bean-to-cup coffee machine gets plenty of use throughout the day. We're open seven days a week, have secure cycle parking, and yes, your dog can join you at work.
