The glass walls of the Professor Stuart Hall Building catch the morning light as our team prepares for another busy day of meetings and conferences. We've watched countless presentations come to life in our 250-seat lecture theatre, where speakers appreciate the clear sightlines and crisp acoustics that make even the back row feel connected to the stage. Our screening room holds 120 people comfortably, and we've seen everything from academic film screenings to corporate training videos projected on its professional-grade screen. Both these spaces open directly into the Weston Atrium - a bright, airy space where we regularly set up coffee stations and buffet tables. Groups naturally spill out here during breaks, and the conversations that happen over tea and sandwiches often prove just as valuable as the formal sessions. Up on the third floor, we maintain five seminar rooms that seat anywhere from 18 to 70 people. These smaller spaces work perfectly for breakout sessions or when departments need somewhere quieter for strategic planning. The PSH Café on the ground floor serves fresh coffee and light meals throughout the day - we often direct early arrivals there while our team puts finishing touches on room setups. Our weekend bookings tend to be particularly peaceful, as one recent client noted when praising our events coordinator Jamie for her attentive service and helpful signage. We're part of Goldsmiths, University of London, which means we understand the importance of getting the details right for academic conferences, professional seminars, exhibitions, and cultural events.
