About Sheffield Manor Lodge
We're five minutes from Sheffield city centre, but you'd never know it when you step into our gardens at Sheffield Manor Lodge. Our Tudor ruins and landscaped grounds make for quite a different meeting experience than your typical conference room. We have two main spaces that work brilliantly for meetings and workshops. Manor Oaks House is where most groups love to gather - the original stonework and exposed wooden beams strung with fairy lights create a warm atmosphere that gets people talking. There's a private garden attached with a stone fire pit where teams often continue discussions during breaks. We keep a fully staffed bottle bar here too, which comes in handy for those end-of-day networking sessions. The Discovery Centre sits right at the entrance to our Tudor ruins, surrounded by flower meadows. It's a smaller, more flexible space with doors that open directly into the grounds - perfect when groups want to mix indoor presentations with outdoor activities. Both buildings have full AV facilities ready to go, and there's free parking onsite so your attendees won't be circling for spaces. The Rhubarb Shed Café handles all our catering, from working lunches to more elaborate spreads. We've noticed teams really respond to getting out of the office environment, so we've developed nature-based corporate workshops too. These might include woodland crafts, mindful nature sessions, or tours through the historic site - activities that get colleagues working together differently than they would in a boardroom. Whether you're planning a strategy meeting, training day, conference, corporate away-day, or even a team celebration, our heritage site offers something a bit special. Our team handles all the logistics so you can focus on what brought your group here in the first place.
