About The Drum Labs
Three floors of exposed brick and creative energy make up The Drum Labs on Curtain Road, where we've hosted everything from buzzing product launches to intimate VIP gatherings. Our ground-floor Event Studio draws people in with its warehouse character - those original brick walls and industrial features create the perfect backdrop for parties of up to 100 guests. We've equipped the space with a proper stage, large LED screen, and professional sound system that transforms corporate events into something special. Head up to our middle floor and you'll find the Bar & Terrace, where our fully licensed bar keeps the drinks flowing while guests spill out onto the southwest-facing terrace. This floor handles another 100 people comfortably, and we often see groups moving between the indoor bar area and outdoor space throughout their events. The terrace catches the afternoon sun beautifully - ideal for those after-work networking sessions and summer parties. Our top-floor VIP Room offers something completely different. With plush furnishings and a more intimate atmosphere, we designed this space for exclusive gatherings and private meetings where discretion matters. Companies often book it for board meetings or executive celebrations. Beyond our main event spaces, we've built a professional Podcast Studio that's become increasingly popular for corporate content creation. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the building, and our audiovisual setup includes everything from wireless microphones to flexible lighting options. We can rearrange seating layouts to suit workshops, exhibitions, or theatre-style presentations. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're minutes from Liverpool Street Station, with Shoreditch High Street Overground and Old Street both nearby. Our Shoreditch location puts us right in the heart of East London's creative district, surrounded by the area's renowned restaurants and bars for those wanting to continue their evening after an event with us.
