About The Lofts at Prince
Our SoHo building houses three distinctive meeting spaces that each tell their own story. The Lofts at Prince brings together the raw character of downtown Manhattan with the functionality today's meetings demand. Penthouse Six spans 1,800 square feet and opens onto a 450-square-foot rooftop deck where you can see everything from the Freedom Tower to the Empire State Building. We've hosted strategy sessions here where teams take breaks on the deck, using the city views as backdrop for breakthrough conversations. The space includes a working kitchen, fireplace, and all the A/V equipment you'd expect. One floor down, our SoHo Loft fills 2,000 square feet with natural light streaming through oversized windows. The exposed brick and open layout make it our most popular choice for workshops and training sessions. We can arrange the furniture however works best - classroom style, U-shape, or small breakout groups scattered throughout. Suite 500 serves as our more intimate option when you need a focused environment for board meetings or executive sessions. Like our other spaces, it comes equipped with Wi-Fi, presentation technology, and flexible seating arrangements. We handle all the setup and cleanup, so you can focus on your agenda. Our policy allows outside catering from any of SoHo's renowned restaurants, and you're welcome to bring your own beverages. Whether you're planning a daylong corporate retreat, product launch, workshop, or even transitioning your meeting into an evening reception, we provide the tables, chairs, sofas, and support to make it work. Being in the heart of SoHo means your attendees can easily grab coffee at the corner café, enjoy lunch at neighborhood spots, or extend their visit to explore the galleries and shops that define this creative district.
