The fourteenth floor at 305 Seventh Avenue puts you right in the middle of everything happening in Chelsea. We're talking about 8,200 square feet of workspace that we completely transformed in 2014, keeping what matters most to our members: functionality and comfort. Our six private offices each offer about 100 square feet of quiet space for focused work or confidential meetings. The two conference rooms, both 250 square feet, handle everything from team presentations to client pitches with ease. What really makes people stop and take notice, though, is our open office area - 1,000 square feet flooded with natural light from six south-facing windows that frame the Chelsea skyline. We've set up 20 semi-private cubicles throughout the open plan, giving you that sweet spot between collaboration and concentration. The separate kitchenette becomes a natural gathering spot during the day, and having dedicated men's and women's restrooms right on our floor means no wandering the building. Our waiting area helps your guests feel comfortable from the moment they step off the elevator. The building itself has character - built in 1920 with those original high ceilings and hardwood floors that give meetings a different feel than your typical corporate box. Four passenger elevators and three freight elevators keep things moving smoothly, even during busy hours. Since the lobby renovation in 2011, the whole building strikes that balance between historic charm and modern functionality, complete with central air and banking services on-site. Being directly across from the Fashion Institute of Technology means creative energy is always in the air. Penn Station sits just blocks away, Madison Square Park offers a quick escape for clearing your head, and the 28th Street subway station is practically next door. Whether you're grabbing lunch at Whole Foods or meeting clients for dinner at one of the neighborhood spots, everything you need surrounds us here in Chelsea.
