Our floor-to-ceiling windows frame the West Pier ruins perfectly - guests often pause mid-conversation just to watch the sunset paint those historic iron structures gold. We built our kitchen around a custom coal-fired grill because we believe great seafood deserves real fire. Our monkfish comes straight from Cornwall's day boats, and we char it just enough to create that perfect crust while keeping the center tender. The dry-aged ribeye steaks get the same treatment - 28 days of aging before they hit our coals. For parties and events, we've carved out three distinct spaces. Our private dining room wraps 16 guests in an intimate setting, while the mezzanine level opens up for groups of 35. Want the whole place? We'll close our doors to the public and give your party exclusive run of the restaurant. Corporate teams love booking our mezzanine for presentations - the natural light streaming through those windows beats any conference room.
