When you step into The Times Center at 242 West 41st Street, the first thing that catches your eye is our dramatic grand staircase sweeping through the expanded lobby—it's become quite the photo spot for party guests. We're housed in a building designed by Renzo Piano, and you can really feel that architectural touch throughout both our event spaces. Our main party venue, The Hall, gives you 5,000 square feet to work with. We've hosted everything from corporate galas to nonprofit fundraisers here, and the space transforms beautifully for each one. The room's flexibility means we can configure it for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, or even trade show setups when companies want to combine networking with celebration. For more theatrical parties, The Stage offers something truly special—a 378-seat auditorium with a 60-foot-wide stage. What makes this space magical for events is the rear glass curtain wall that reveals our birch-filled garden. During evening parties, the trees are lit up, creating this incredible backdrop that guests always comment on. Both spaces come fully equipped with our digital projection systems, professional lighting, and audio setup. Our events team handles all the technical details, so hosts can focus on their guests. We regularly host film premieres where guests use The Stage for screening then move to The Hall for the after-party.
