Our meeting spaces at Worcester Whitehouse Hotel work perfectly for everything from board meetings to training days, right here beside Foregate Street Station. We've hosted countless corporate events in our three private function rooms, and what makes them particularly effective is how we can configure them for different group sizes - whether you need an intimate boardroom setup for 20 or theatre-style seating for up to 120 delegates. The rooms themselves have proper natural light and all the tech you'd expect - screens, projectors, and reliable WiFi throughout. We find our corporate guests especially appreciate having the 84 bedrooms on-site when they're running multi-day conferences or bringing teams in from different locations. The rooms range from our standard doubles to executive suites and even four-poster rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, Airsprung beds, power showers, and proper desks for catching up on work. Between sessions, delegates tend to gravitate to either Foregate's Brasserie for a proper sit-down lunch or the Star Bar for a quick Starbucks coffee and sandwich. We've noticed the indoor pool and gym get good use too, particularly when groups are here for residential conferences - nothing like a swim or workout to clear your head before the afternoon sessions. Our events team handles all the meeting logistics, from initial room layouts to coordinating AV requirements and arranging working lunches. We're literally next door to Foregate Street Station, so London is just over two hours by train, Birmingham under an hour. The M5 is ten minutes away, and we have our own car park. Worcester's shops and restaurants are a five-minute walk if anyone wants to explore after their meetings wrap up.
