The Garden Room at The Cavendish Arms started life as a 1970s caravan, and we've transformed it into something rather special. Picture yourself stepping inside this cozy hideaway in our beer garden, where red fairy lights wrap around every surface and create the kind of warm glow that makes everyone look good after a few cocktails. We've kitted out the space with vintage Chesterfield sofas that you'll sink right into, plus some old church pews we rescued and restored. The mix works brilliantly, giving you proper comfort alongside that slightly quirky edge our regulars love. Wooden tables and stools fill the gaps, and there's room for 20 of your friends seated comfortably, or 25 if you're happy to mingle standing. Your own bartender comes as standard when you book the Garden Room, and they'll work with you to create custom cocktails for your group. We've installed a decent PA system and flatscreen TV, plus the Wi-Fi reaches out here perfectly, so whether you're planning presentations or party playlists, you're sorted. The patterned wallpaper and collection of old mirrors give the space its own personality, while hanging plants and the surrounding garden greenery peek through the windows. Five minutes from Stockwell tube makes getting here easy for everyone. The caravan sits in our famous beer garden with its Crazy Golf course and glitter balls hanging from trees, so your guests can explore between drinks. We find the Garden Room works beautifully for boozy brunches that stretch into afternoon, birthday celebrations that need their own space, or those evening gatherings where you want somewhere more intimate than the main bar but still connected to all the action happening at The Cavendish Arms.
