The Events Suite commands the top floor of M Shed, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame Bristol's working harbour in all its moods. This former cargo shed's industrial bones remain visible in the exposed beams and concrete pillars, now softened by programmable LED lighting that washes the space in whatever colour sets your party's tone. We've hosted everything from charity galas to 50th birthday bashes up here, and the room adapts beautifully. For cocktail receptions, we can welcome 250 guests who'll naturally gravitate towards those harbour views. Prefer a seated dinner? The space comfortably holds 250 at round tables, or 144 in cabaret style if you're planning entertainment. The neutral palette means your decorations take centre stage, whether that's dramatic uplighting or banks of flowers. Our integrated AV system includes data projectors and sound equipment that actually works when you need it. The private rooftop terrace connects directly to the suite, giving your guests somewhere to escape for fresh air and those Instagram-worthy sunset shots over the water. The in-house catering team knows this space inside out. They've perfected the flow for drinks service and can handle everything from canapés to three-course dinners, with proper attention to vegan and gluten-free requirements. You're welcome to bring your own DJ or band - the acoustics handle live music surprisingly well for a converted warehouse. Getting here is straightforward, with the harbourside location putting you right in Bristol's cultural quarter. The whole building has lift access, making it properly accessible for all your guests.
