The Social Club wraps you in theatrical warmth from the moment you descend into our railway arch sanctuary. Red velvet curtains frame the intimate stage while fairy lights dance across the ceiling, their glow catching on vintage lampshades that hang above clusters of worn leather sofas. We've preserved the soul of the original workers' social club, where railway men once unwound after shifts, transforming it into a space where up to 100 guests can gather for celebrations that feel both grand and personal. Our vaudeville-styled bar anchors one end of the room, its brass fittings and dark wood speaking to decades of stories shared over drinks. The main floor flows naturally from this convivial corner into the performance area, where rows of red cushioned chairs face the stage. When you're hosting a party rather than a seated event, we clear the chairs to create an open floor where guests move freely between the bar, the leather sofa lounges, and the dance space. The wood-panelled walls display an eclectic collection of curiosities and vintage posters that spark conversation throughout the evening. During corporate gatherings, the stage becomes your presentation platform, while the intimate scale ensures every guest feels connected to the action.
