The Oscar Suite sits on the first floor of our venue, where blue upholstered chairs and polished wooden tables create a professional workspace for up to 20 colleagues. Just two minutes from Russell Square Tube station, your attendees can step off the underground and walk straight to us, making those morning meetings actually start on time. We've configured this 6.10m x 5m room to work brilliantly for different meeting styles. The boardroom setup fits 12 people comfortably around the table, while theatre-style arrangements accommodate 20 for presentations. That 98-inch interactive TV on the wall has transformed how our clients run their sessions, particularly when connecting with remote team members. The ClickShare technology means no more fumbling with cables, your presentations connect wirelessly in seconds. The striped carpet and neutral walls might not sound exciting, but they create exactly the right backdrop for focused work without distractions. While there's no natural light, our overhead lighting keeps everyone alert through those afternoon sessions. The air conditioning maintains a steady temperature, which matters more than you'd think during intense brainstorming sessions. Our dedicated host manages the technical setup before you arrive and stays nearby throughout your meeting. They coordinate with our kitchen team to time coffee breaks when energy dips, usually around 10:30am and 3pm based on years of observation.
