The 96-inch touchscreen TVs built into our larger rooms have become particularly popular for hybrid meetings - we've noticed teams really appreciate being able to see remote colleagues clearly during video conferences. Our meeting spaces range from intimate boardrooms on the ground floor to our largest suite that can be configured theater-style or divided into smaller sections. Each room comes with complimentary Wi-Fi that actually works under heavy use - we upgraded the system after feedback from tech companies who need reliable connections for their presentations. The dedicated host assigned to your booking handles the technical setup, coordinates with our kitchen for refreshment timings, and stays nearby throughout your event. Many of our regular clients mention how convenient it is stepping out of Russell Square Tube station and walking straight to us - it's literally a two-minute walk. We're right in the heart of Bloomsbury, which means your attendees can easily reach us from Kings Cross, St Pancras, or anywhere else in London. After meetings, groups often continue discussions in Callaghan's Bar downstairs, or grab a working lunch in the Junction Restaurant. Our business centre stays open for those last-minute handouts, and we keep phone chargers and adapters at reception because someone always forgets theirs. The catering team knows how to time coffee breaks perfectly - they've been doing this long enough to recognize when energy levels need boosting.
